DALLAS, TX - Airsight, a leading drone detection technology and software company, announces it has been awarded an AFWERX Phase I SBIR contract from the U.S. Department of Defense and Air Force.
Airsight and Rozin Security have created a partnership to provide an end-to-end drone detection solution to meet the airspace security requirements and to counter evolving drone threats both stateside and abroad.
Airsight is currently working with USAF bases to conduct air space security assessments and to improve security and increase airspace awareness at Air Force bases.
Our collaborative approach combines AirGuard's robust drone detection and real-time tracking system with Rozin Security's Threat Information Protection System (TIPS) A.I.-based reporting, analysis, and alert capabilities.
"Our system provides an analytical platform that aggregates real-time information and prioritizes threats. This allows security professionals to allocate resources more effectively," said Nick Rabenau, Vice President of Airsight.
Airsight is focusing on airspace awareness and force protection to meet the specific security requirements of the military and the U.S. government. The company's concept is based on years of experience in designing and implementing threat-based security programs.
"This is an exciting opportunity for Airsight to work directly with the Air Force," stated Robert Tabbara, Chief Executive Officer of Airsight. "We're looking forward to demonstrating our solution that will increase situational awareness and enhance airspace security for our government customers."
